Abstract acceptance or rejection notifications will be emailed to the presenting author and co-authors using the email addresses provided during submission.

Yes. Multiple abstracts may be submitted, but duplicate submissions describing the same data should be avoided.

A maximum of 15 authors may be listed. If a research team or group needs recognition, one author position should be reserved for the group name.

Yes. Changes can be made until the official abstract submission deadline.

• Topic not suitable for the conference.
• Insufficient originality or novelty.
• Duplicate submission.
• Missing sections or incorrect format.
• Poor methodology or inadequate supporting data.
• Insufficient results or conclusions.

Oral presenters will have 25 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for audience questions.

Up to 10 slides are recommended to complete the presentation within the allocated time.
